Working-Class Therapy Rottweilers

We Believe It is Essential Puppies Stay Together and Interact with Each Other and Their Parents Until They are at Least 9-12 Weeks of age. Socialized, well-adjusted puppies mingle with children, adults, kittens, cats, horses, and cows. Let's not fail to mention, loud noises, soft noises, strange noises, and several kinds of music. Rottweilers are among the top-ten brightest breed of dogs in the world, and beginning from birth interactions like this ensures confidence and intelligent behavior.

We Do Not Dock Tails: In compliance with worldwide humane international show and working-dog strict requirements this also is an acceptable choice of AKC registered show dogs. Rottweilers depend on tails for balance. Pups walk sooner undocked. Also, if you know even the least-little thing about dogs, then you know that a dog talks with his tail.

We Do Not Inbreed or Linebreed: We strive to produce intelligent, child- and family-friendly, traditionally beautiful German Rottweilers. Barlo and Coco are from vastly divergent bloodlines. This is vital for extended genetic-good health, intelligence, and amiability.

We Also Are Mindful of AKC's & ADRK's Standards for show-class appearance and that exclusive mold into which a show-dog champion must fit. Neither Barlo nor Coco have any AKC or ADRK disqualifying features. Moreover, both Barlo's and Coco's daddies are lifetime-granted German-ADRK KÖRUNG. KÖRUNG is the highest ranking ADRK breed-test honor of them all. It is explained on Barlo's and Coco's individual webpages, and in greater detail on our webpage "Made in Germany." Access these pages at the tabs above.

We See Rottweilers filling-in gaps as grand human champions. We Emphasize Health, Intelligence, and Gentle-Hearted Temperament over all other traits. You may enjoy this short and complimentary video about Rottweilers: "Rottweiler - The Force of Truth"

Braun Rottweilers

*This forthcoming litter is a bit of a miracle. I only have Coco and Barlo. Also, I never plan but one litter a year, if even that. I must add that I bought Barlo with deep regret to fill the void left by Stanley who passed away of complications from a heat stroke this past June. I played the hospice role for Stanley clear to the end. As miserable as I felt afterward, I knew I had to pick up the pieces and move on. I returned home from Germany with Barlo in July to find out Coco was in heat.

For Stanley’s replacement I had options that spanned Finland, Italy, Serbia, Spain, even Russia, and, of course, Germany. All of my choices had exceptional credentials with proof far above average intelligence. But, I have to tell you that I would have flown home without any dog if I had not felt a bond, like I did with Barlo, the minute I met him in Frankfurt, Germany.

The story gets happier from this point.

In sum, Barlo is trained and lettered in Schutzhund, and he also is ZTP. My area of expertise is therapy and guide dogs. With caregiver dogs, like training for Schutzhund, you must start molding them when they are puppies. Rottweilers are so smart and loyal that there is practically nothing that they cannot be trained to do. Still, a puppy’s start really begins before he or she is born, with genes from mom and dad. A puppy’s parents must be a lot more than good-looking; they must be very, very bright.

Every dog wants to be a companion. The best I can hope for is to give my puppies a fair shot at that. Let me say that I always welcome the chance to share names and phone numbers of previous puppy buyers. You will find the common denominator is the puppy went into the loving care of a devoted individual and family environment. Also, that puppy lives indoors like a human and probably sleeps next to somebody’s bed. At my webpage “FAQ's: Buying a Puppy” you'll read that I don't put restrictions on a buyer. The truth is, however, if I sensed a puppy of mine were heading into a breeder's mill, I'd flat-out tell them to go elsewhere.

Often the first question I hear asked is “How much for a puppy?” To me this is not a sign of rudeness or misplaced priorities. You should be concerned about your pocketbook. You know how much you can afford. So let me tell you my price is fixed and don't worry about it fluctuating. Your choice for any puppy, male or female, is $1,500. It is the same for everybody. That price includes AKC papers and a whole lot more. Look at my webpages labeled “FAQ’s: Buying a Puppy” and "Barlo and Coco's Puppies." You will see a large list of things I take care of ahead of time for the puppy’s sake, and for yours.
